Dear Reader,
Three decades in the corporate world. Sounds impressive, doesn’t it? During that time, I’ve seen it all: from last-minute presentations, to meetings that dragged on for hours only to conclude that another one needed to be scheduled, to projects that were born in agony… and sometimes died that way too. And yet, it was there that I learned how to act quickly, precisely, and effectively—and how not to go crazy in the process.
For years, I lived in a world of KPIs, deadlines, and magical strategic priorities (which, as we know, can change every quarter). Thanks to that, I discovered one simple truth: time is a currency that no one will give us back, so we must manage it wisely.
Today, I do something that would have sounded like heresy back then: I teach people and companies how to work less and achieve more. Productivity, time management, self-development, and coaching—that’s my element. But don’t worry, I’m not just another guru spouting motivational clichés. Instead, I offer practical, proven methods that work in real life (yes, even when there are 200 unread emails waiting in your inbox).
Sometimes, Dear Reader, I’ll share non-fiction book reviews with you (I’ve loved reading since I was a kid, but I didn’t always have enough time for it. Now I’m catching up, and I promise to be brutally honest. You’ll be able to decide whether to rush to the bookstore or run for the hills.
I write, speak, and sometimes joke about this whole culture of being overworked, in which I was immersed up to my ears for years. I know how easy it is to fall into a constant rush… and how hard it is to break free from it. That’s why I try to show how to regain peace of mind, get your priorities in order, and finally start making time for what really matters—whether it’s a life project or simply a cup of coffee enjoyed in silence.
Creativity has never been my strong suit. I’ve always said it’s like a moss-covered field stone. That’s why I had to ask for help. What I’m writing here is mostly a conversation with… Well… my beloved dog Una (sometimes also called a hairy larva). Well, Dear Reader, you might find this hard to believe, but Una thinks, talks, and rolls her eyes.
On my blog, you’ll find ideas to help you tame the chaos and bring order to your calendar. And if, along the way, you learn to laugh at yourself—all the better. Because the truth is, productivity without a sense of humor is like a car without wheels—it’s there, but so what?
